This sterling silver personalized dog tag is cut and stamped by hand and comes on a 20" stainless steel ball chain. Additional chain lengths are available for an extra charge. A sterling silver chain is also available as an upgrade.
Choose two initials for the front and a date on the back. Font style is Upper Case Block.
