RETURNS

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept all defective or incorrect items for refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt of order. Returns for reasons other than defective or incorrect merchandise may be exchanged only within 7 days of receiving order. These items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and must be returned in their original un-worn condition. We will only refund shipping fees for incorrect or defective merchandise. All returns should be trackable and insured. ALL SALES ARE FINAL on personalized and custom made items unless there was an error on our part. For this reason we suggest you carefully review your custom request before placing your order.
